How the training runs
Worked, not watched
You do the tasks on the package — mark up the drawing, build the look-ahead, price the variation. Watching someone explain a process is not the same as having produced the document once.
Delivered personally
Sixteen years on Melbourne infrastructure, tier 1 contractor side, still practising. The examples are current because the work is current.
Your skills, enhanced
Once you have completed the training, the skills are yours. They should make their way onto your resume — and you should be able to defend them in an interview. That is the difference between having done a course and being able to do the job.
